Specifically, copy all your pictures and video files to computer. No special software required. I bought a new Samsung 8GB class 10 microSD card for my Nexus One android and wanted to make sure that all my files will be preserved for transfer to new card. You can copy files to your computer connecting your phone via USB cable or using SD card adapter. I found two ways to do it: 1- the hard way is to look for the files on your SD card. 2- The easy way is to let windows import all the files automatically to "My pictures" folder on your pc. - simply connect your phone to your computer or insert the SD card, now, the "Auto Play" screen will popup (see pic bellow), click on "Import pictures and videos" , sit back and watch how windows is finding ALL the files for you. Done! Now you can safely swamp SD cards and copy files back to your new card.
