"tv_ConfigMgrErr24" Solved!

Windows 7
While running  "system health report" I was getting:

The device, xxxxxxxx is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_.........

"Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed"

Solved by removing the devices and restarting computer
Go to Device Manager , select "View hidden  devices " find it and uninstalling it.

  3. There is a lot of misinformation about the software that installed this, which is nothing new, but no one was explaining where to find it, just saying update the software. Thanks so much for the clear answer!

  7. Very Helpful information. It worked to remove a device that was showing an error in the performance report. I am not sure how the device was installed. It is likely related to some USB thumb drive software.
